Have you ever seen someone that you admire, or consider to be your "goals" for business, relationships, ministry etc? It's so easy to think to yourself, "Dang, they make it look easy". I'm sorry to be the one to burst your bubble, but this is far from the truth. Majority of the people that we see excelling in their respective fields have battled some of the same things us ordinary folks battle with, but their commitment to the call landed them where they are today.
Do you think Oprah would be Oprah if she lost faith and severed the ties of commitment to her dreams? Do you believe that Michael Jordan would be Michael Jordan if he stopped being committed to workouts and everything else that helped him to perfect his game? Let me help you. The answer to those questions are a big NO.
So what's stopping you from reaching your goals? The fear of success? The assumed lack of support? Little to no finances? OR is it your commitment to the vision you've been entrusted with? It's obvious that you are in your realm of business because you are passionate about delivering the products and services to the world. Don't shy away from cultivating it the way you should because you aren't where YOU think you should be right now.
You can't allow your current position to disrupt your commitment to your calling!
Keep working! Stay the course! STAY COMMITTED. There are people who need what you, and ONLY YOU have inside of you. Once you find that target audience, you'll be unstoppable.
Eventually, the world will be able to say that "Wow, *insert your name here* makes it look easy". But it is important that you include commitment as one of the ingredients to the foundation of your values when pursuing the vision that you feel led to carry out.
Meditate on this scripture today: "So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up." Galatians 6:9 NLT
